Knights, a Princess and a firebreathing dragon

This is a painting I was commissioned to paint for a family from Izak's school. The 3 boys wanted knights and dragons, but they didn't want their sister in the painting. Hopefully they don't mind her being in the painting as the princess they are rescuing.
I really had fun painting this one and hopefully it will look great in their new playroom.

Daniel's 1st Birthday BBQ

Thank you to all the lovely presents you all gave Daniel for his big day. The weather was fantastic on Sunday at Lane Cove National Park. Daniel wandered around the grass following all the kids there, and the balls bouncing around the place from 11am until he finally dropped at around 3pm.

Leanne and Izak took some really great snaps in a photo booth, when izak was about 2 and a half. So 3 to 4 years ago. Izak found the photos and drew some really great additions. Check it out!

Nasty dog animation

Izak's been drawing like crazy, but I love this one because he has really been thinking about a way to make his drawings more interesting. Take note of the button that you press and you lift the flap of paper up to reveal the nasty dog.

Chores for Izak

We decided to give Izak chores for pocket money. We just didn't know that he would approach it with such gusto! I reckon he would have cleaned the whole house if we wanted him to. And of course Daniel followed him around all over the place...
